Regional Manager Outdoor Central Europe (m/f/d)

What it’s all about

Are you passionate about outdoor activities? Do you combine that with a passion for business development? Then we are looking for you! We are searching for a Regional Manager Outdoor Central Europe who wants to be the driving force behind the vertical strategy of Europe’s largest online shop for outdoor products. In this cross-functional role, you will coordinate with all the relevant business functions to develop our value proposition towards our customers and reach our business targets. You will report directly to the Managing Director of Outdoor.

What your tasks will be

  • You will lead the vertical strategy for our Outdoor brands Addnature and CAMPZ in Central Europe (DE/AU/CH/BE/NL/FR/ES/IT/PL/UK)
  • You will continuously define and develop the regional strategy for the brands
  • You will have the vertical lead for the commercial outdoor team (Sales, Marketing, Category Management) for your region
  • You will drive all business development initiatives related to the European Outdoor business to make sure that they result in an outstanding experience for our target customers
  • You will coordinate all cross-functional business teams to develop our value propositions 
  • You will be responsible for reaching the KPI set for you region (net sales, NPS, CV, CR)
  • You inspire and promote a collaborative cross-functional working mode across the whole organization

What you should bring to the role

  • You have a vast experience with outdoor products and commerce in Central Europe (DE/AU/CH/BE/NL/FR/ES/IT/PL/UK)
  • You are a truly passionate outdoor person and through being active in the outdoor world, you have developed a deep understanding for consumers’ behavior in these markets
  • You have the ability to work independently, analytically and open minded
  • You have well developed management skills to keep your team motivated and focused on short- and long-term targets
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and a clear focus to find solutions
  • You have excellent communication skills and you value transparency toward your team and peers
  • You have a data-driven mindset combined with the ability to gain a deep understand of the challenges you will face
