In the beginning of June the K5 conference discussed the future of e-commerce. Our CCO Thomas Spengler held a talk on automation, analytics & customer loyalty together with Björn Kolbmüller, CEO of our partner zenloop. For some time we have been using a retention frame work in our shops that asks for feedback at several points in the shopping process. Through this feedback we able to identify customers we lose during the journey, understand the reasons why this happens and convince them to come back. The complete talk (in German) is below.
