CRM Manager (m/f/d) Outdoor Campaigns

In your role as CRM Manager (m/f/d) Outdoor Campaigns  you are responsible for the planning and implementation of the Outdoor newsletters and multichannel campaigns sent to our customers in the Central European, Northern and Southern European region. You create concepts and briefings and develop exciting new ideas for our lifecycle communication across all channels and touchpoints. By testing and evaluating the performance of our campaigns, you ensure that we work in a customer-oriented and efficient manner.

This vacancy is open at our locations in either Stuttgart, Berlin or Stockholm with high flexibility in working from home. 

What your tasks will be

  • Responsibility for the planning, set-up and management of our weekly newsletters and multichannel campaigns for our outdoor brands Addnature & CAMPZ across 16 Shops
  • Development of campaign concepts and briefings to continuously increase our customer sales and loyalty in close alignment with Campaign & Brand Management
  • Coordination of the graphic and text creation, control the operational implementation of our newsletters by the Junior CRM Managers and take on quality control
  • Creation of new ideas and concepts according to our outdoor strategy to further develop our customer lifecycle programs and to monetize our existing customers
  • Working interdisciplinary with other departments and interfaces (shops, design, text, purchasing, controlling, marketing)
  • Consulation of internal stakeholders on cooperations, service requests and marketing agreements and coordination of their implementation
  • Regular A/B testing and evaluation of our campaign performance, recommendations for action and the implementation of optimization measures
  • Professional guidance of the Junior CRM Managers and trainees

What you should bring to the job

  • Degree in business administration / media management / business informatics or a comparable education
  • 2+ years of professional experience in CRM and e-mail marketing, preferably in the e-commerce environment
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM software and email-marketing tools and a proficient usage of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very well organized, like to work operationally and high demands on the quality of your work results
  • Interested in dealing with numbers, analytical contexts and have a high technical affinity
  • Fluent written and spoken English and ideally German or Swedish mother tongue
  • Ideally an outdoor enthusiast
