B2B Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Our B2B-manager is going on a one-year parental leave and we are now looking for an experienced salesperson (B2B) who can substitute for him.

Your role

As our substitute B2B Sales manager, you will be a part of a team of four people; Head of B2B in Germany, Sales Manager (you) and two Account Managers – one of which reports directly to you. In your role you are responsible for new customer acquisition, serve both existing and new customers and support the international team bringing new solutions to the market. During the week you will plan your time between business development projects and new customer acquisition. You will have contact with customers and leads on a daily basis. You will work in close collaboration with your team to make sure we serve our customers with excellence, improve and develop our every-day-business, come up with new innovative solutions and set new sales records. Aside from visiting customers in Sweden you will, once every third month visit our headquarters in Stuttgart.

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in e-commerce with promotional products
  • You are a team player with a can-do attitude
  • Passion for the outdoors, bikes and the products we live for
  • Data-driven business mindset and first leadership experiences
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • First experience in working with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, ideally first German skills
  • Willingness to travel in Sweden and to Stuttgart quarterly
