What is the minimum quantity or order value for B2B customers?
We accept B2B orders from 10 units, with a minimum order value of €2500.
As a private customer, can I also place a larger quantity as a B2B order?
No, private customers can only order via our online store.
For a B2B order, we need the address of your company, association or public organisation for billing.
Is it possible to buy on invoice?
Yes, depending on the size of the order, payment in advance or on invoice is possible.
Can I order from you as a dealer/reseller?
If you’re a dealer/reseller, we can only offer you products Ortler, Vermont and Serious.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the size of your order and the product(s) you want. If you order items that we have in sufficient quantity, delivery time is between 3-5 working days from receipt of the order.
For bulk orders of 100 items or more, we’ll coordinate the delivery time individually with you.
Do I get a discount on B2B orders?
Depending on the size of the order, a discount can be given on the RRP.
Is branding/individualisation possible?
You can order branded bikes from a quantity of 10 pieces. With orders of 120 bikes and above, we offer complete individualisation of bikes.
