Job Description

As the Data Application Manager (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in driving our data-driven decision-making process and ensuring the smooth operation of data applications that support our business.

This position can be filled in our central office at the main station in Stuttgart or our modern office in Berlin. We have a hybrid working model: You can work from home, but we would love to see our colleagues more often in our modern offices.

Your tasks

  • Development, deployment and maintenance of data processing workflows with KNIME
  • Close collaboration with business stakeholders in Purchasing, Logistics and Finance on process optimizations and projects (e.g. supply chain management, stock allocation, automation&optimization of existing processes)
  • Active collaboration in the further development of our data & analytics infrastructure



  • You have proven Experience in KNIME, Alteryx, RapidMiner or similar, workflow-oriented data processing/science solutions
  • You bring a high knowledge of relational databases & SQL
  • You communicate effectively across departments
  • You bring an interest in process improvement und optimization problems
  • You are keen to work on complex processes at a high level of detail and you are characterized by a hands-on mentality
  • You are fluent in German and English – both written and spoken


  • You bring an academic background in a math related field


  • You have a high knowledge of Machine Learning/Data Science
  • You have already worked with Python
