Job Description

What it is about

In order to offer our customers first-class advice and services for our products locally, we have opened additional stores for our online shops fahrrad.de, Probikeshop, BIKESTER and Addnature in Germany, France and Sweden in recent years. Because: We make fans. Not customers.

We are now looking for a Replenishment Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for optimising our processes in this area and will be in close contact with our Store Managers and Supply Chain Management.

In this position you can work mobile up to 4 days per week. 

Your mission

  • Carrying out assortment analyses and related improvements
  • Coordinate pre-orders on your own responsibility in coordination with the Store Managers
  • Adjustment of order/replenishment quantities in coordination with our shops
  • Interface between Central Purchasing, our stores and colleagues from Supply Chain Management
  • Advancement of cross-departmental and planning-relevant topics
  • Exchange with the Category Managers and Supply Chain Managers on assortments, supply of the logistics centre, market developments and trends


This I-S you

  • First professional experience in a larger retail company or ecommerce company with on-site branches
  • Good understanding of processes in purchasing, logistics and retailing
  • Motivation to actively work on and optimise processes
  • Interest in bicycles as well as bicycle and outdoor sports equipment
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, assertiveness and independent working style
  • Willingness to travel (approx. twice a year to our store locations in Germany and to Stockholm)
  • Fluent German skills would be a plus
