Hans Dohrmann already holds an outstanding track record as a serial entrepreneur, having successfully created several of his own start-ups as well as opening up new business fields for other companies. Dohrmann developed the in-house start up www.m-way.ch for Swiss retail group Migros. Within five years, the company has become the undisputed market leader in the Swiss multichannel e-bike industry, and is now one of the top players in Europe as well. In this context, m-way set new standards across Europe's bike retail scene.
Dohrmann also co-founded tech start up www.sharoo.com, an online platform for peer-to-peer car sharing. Sharoo is now one of the world's top three players in connected car technology and the sharing economy.
Alongside these in-house start-ups, Dohrmann also founded his own successful start-up in retail architecture and design as well as establishing www.Scail.ch, an investment company for start-ups and high-growth companies focused on retail and commerce. Since 2017, Dohrmann has selectively advised companies in the digital commerce and innovation sector as Partner of a management consultancy.
A graduate in commercial law, Dohrmann has also held various positions (in Strategy, Business Development, Portfolio Management, M&A, etc.) at leading companies such as Linklaters, Rewe and E.ON.
In his spare time, Hans Dohrmann is a passionate freeride snowboarder and mountain biker.
Bernd Humke is CFO and a member of the management board. Joining in 2013, he is responsible for finance, human resources and logistics. Bernd has longstanding experience in managing e-commerce businesses having held several management and supervisory board positions, including positions in North- and South America. Prior to joining internetstores, he was CFO and managing director of Europe’s leading fashion and lifestyle e-commerce business. Bernd holds a degree in law and business administration.
